Case for support
HR&S is breaking fresh ground and need patient capital.
The institution is built to last with a long-term, slow-growth plan and long development times.
HR&S is growing through “integrated capital”, which refers to a coordinated use of different forms of capital and from different funding sources.
We encourage givers to support our start-up programmes.
All our interventions have a sustainable economy plan and will be self-sustained after the start-up period.
In this chapter we present our interventions that depend of financial support.
The programme depends on grants and donations for the start-up of each programme.
The business idea is that when the start-up capital has been invested in the programme it will sustain one programme unit and keep one programme manager employed. The services offered shall generate a continuous profit which shall cover one salary and the related programme running costs.
