Terms and conditions

Due invoices

Invoices are paid within 30 days from the invoice date.

VAT, travel & accomodation

The price given does NOT include VAT nor
travel or accommodation costs if any.

Cancellation

If cancelled more than one month before delivery, 25% of the amount of the deal will be invoiced, together with expenditures if any.
If canceled less than one month before delivery, the full amount will of the deal be invoiced, together with expenditures if any.

Rebooking

If rebooking more than one month before delivery, the amount is invoiced and the client has the entire amount credited for one year from the date of the rebooking.
If rebooking less than one month before delivery, the amount is invoiced and the client has the entire amount credited for half of a year from the date of the rebooking.

Participant payment

Each local participant pays 10 and each local institution pay € 500, which is transferred to our local organisers to cover direct costs, but also to counteract an aid-free services mindset.
