ROPE RISEactivities

The very key to the success of the Country Branch is the ROPE RISEactivity.

The ROPE RISEactivities are defined through a RISEmembers’s ROPE road map. It is composed of one or more Mile-stones assigned to one or more Country Branches team member. It is linked to Output as well as RISEmember Outcome and Progress Markers.

The Country Branch team member, taking on a RISEmember Milestone is paid a reimbursement directly, maybe 50% prior to the assignment and 50% after the reporting and completion. The income covering the cost for the reimbursement is collected from the increased sales by the RISE member as a direct result of the effort by the Country Branch team member.  If a product or service has been developed as a result of the Mile-stone, then this product and service becomes the propoerty of the RISEmembers as soon as the finances balances.

Prior to renewed loans, a TestE survey is perfomed.

On-line sales platform

  1. One Branch member is paid to set up and manage a very nice and professional on-line sales platform for one RISEmember.
  2. The Branch Team member visits the RISEmembers business place, before the decision is made.
  3. About the site
    • With the website the RISEmember will be able to manage sales and payment.
    • It probably also captures a donate button for people who would like to donate or sponsor the business.
  4. The e-commerce website is probably backed up with a Facebook page and a LinkedIn page as well.
    • Possibly also a Facebook donate button.
  5. The RISEmember team is trained to manage the platform.
  6. The RISEmember produces the product and we collect the money from the sales until the reimbursement to the Branch team member, and other related costs is paid. 
  7. The RISEmember gets the on-line sales platform as her/his property and maybe some new customers too, as soon as the finances balance.

Increased customer base

  1. A Branch Team member takes on as a Mile-stone to increase the customer base of a RISEmember.
  2. The Branch Team member visits the RISEmembers business place, before the decision is made.
  3. A very structured solution is developed, and the Progress marker is maybe an increase in the RISEmember’s customer base with 10 % per month.
  4. The money that the RISEmember earns as a result of the increased customer-base, covers the reimbursement to the Branch team member, and other related costs is paid.
  5. When all is paid for, the RISEmember will own the new customer base as well as the tool creating it, and can preferably be able to continue increasing the number of customers with 10% monthly.
